END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

 Effective Date: September 16, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Martha Perez ("Licensor") for the use of TV Cast & Mirroring: All TV ("Licensed Application").

By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, solely for your personal and lawful use.

LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Licensed Application.
• Copy or reproduce the Licensed Application except as permitted by applicable law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application except as permitted by applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the Licensed Application for unlawful purposes.

USER CONTENT

The Licensed Application may allow you to access, select, cast, or display photos, videos, documents, and other content.

You retain all rights to your content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use and display any content through the Licensed Application.

DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

The Licensed Application may require compatible devices, network connectivity, and appropriate device settings.

Licensor does not guarantee compatibility with every television, display, streaming device, or network configuration.

UPDATES

Licensor may provide updates, modifications, or improvements to the Licensed Application. Such updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility, security, or functionality.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Licensed Application and all related intellectual property rights remain the property of Licensor or its licensors.

This EULA does not transfer ownership of the Licensed Application to you.

PRIVACY

Your use of the Licensed Application is also subject to the Privacy Policy applicable to the Licensed Application.

TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated.

Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Licensed Application and delete it from your devices.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensed Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties other than those that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Licensed Application.

THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and that Apple may enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You agree to use the Licensed Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
