By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

USE OF THE APP

TV Cast & Mirroring: All TV provides tools for casting and viewing supported content on compatible devices.

Features may include:

• Video casting
• Photo casting
• Photo slideshow
• Document casting
• Device discovery and connection
• Recent devices
• Recent activity
• Connection history
• Cast history
• Mirroring history

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

COMPATIBLE DEVICES

Casting and mirroring functionality may depend on the compatibility, configuration, operating system, network, and capabilities of the receiving device.

We do not guarantee that the App will work with every television, display, streaming device, or network configuration.

USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of photos, videos, documents, and other content that you choose to access or cast through the App.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, display, transmit, or cast such content.

You must not use the App to distribute content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

NETWORK CONNECTION

Certain features require compatible devices to be connected to an appropriate network.

Performance may depend on network speed, device capabilities, signal strength, network configuration, and other technical conditions.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or devices.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the App except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use the App to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the App.

AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted.

DISCLAIMER

The App is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when published with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the App after an update means that you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
